ThuRunel is an AI Copilot that walks with you through every stage of high-stakes professional decisions. Its first field of application is medical aesthetics.

Why start with medical aesthetics

Medical aesthetics involves costly decisions whose results are hard to reverse, and the people making them often have the least information. Many walk into a clinic with only a vague feeling that they don't look good enough, without being able to say where the problem actually lies. Consultation time is limited, and a single short conversation is rarely enough to sort out what you really want. Before making the decision, few people can help you judge calmly whether a procedure truly makes sense for you.

ThuRunel chooses to stand in that position. It recommends no clinics, doctors, or procedures, and earns nothing from any procedure, which is why it can tell you when something is not worth doing.

What ThuRunel does for you

First, it gets to know your situation. Through a guided self-assessment, ThuRunel helps you locate the problem, for example by measuring a few key dimensions, or by pressing on an area to tell whether its fullness comes from bone or fat. You can also upload photos from five angles as a supplement: front, left and right 45 degrees, and left and right 90 degrees. If you would rather not upload, you can simply keep talking.

Second, it explains the upper bound. Every type of procedure has limits on how much it can improve. ThuRunel tells you where the upper bound lies for the relevant procedures, which improvements are achievable and which are not, helping you set realistic expectations and avoid paying for results that cannot be achieved.

Third, it clarifies the direction. ThuRunel suggests directions for improvement that suit you and lists questions worth asking your doctor at the consultation, so that before you meet the doctor, you already understand what they are going to tell you. It gives no diagnosis or treatment conclusions. The final judgment always stays with the doctor.

ThuRunel's answers are grounded in curated professional sources, and every answer lists the sources actually cited in that turn. When a question goes beyond those sources, such as pricing or a personal treatment plan, it says so directly instead of piecing an answer together.

Two ways to use it

The knowledge base is open around the clock. You can look up at any time what a procedure is, what it can improve, what the risks are, and how long recovery takes. It currently covers common procedures for the eyes, nose, facial contour, and skin, as well as body contouring, and every entry comes with its sources.

Full conversation opens at set times each day, as shown on the page. During open hours, ThuRunel works through the three steps above with you: understanding your situation, explaining the upper bound, and clarifying the direction.

After medical aesthetics

Medical aesthetics is ThuRunel's first proving ground. ThuRunel's conversation flow and its domain knowledge base are independent of each other. Once validated in medical aesthetics, it can move into other decision scenarios that call for professional judgment simply by swapping in a new knowledge base.

为什么从医美开始

医美是一项高客单价、结果难以逆转的决策，而做决定的人往往掌握的信息最少。许多人走进机构之前，只有一种模糊的感受：觉得自己不够好看，却说不清问题究竟在哪里。面诊时间有限，很难在短短一次沟通里把诉求梳理清楚。在做决定之前，很少有人能帮你冷静地判断：这个项目对你是否真的有意义。

ThuRunel 选择站在这个位置上。它不推荐任何机构、医生与项目，也不从任何项目中获得收入，因此可以把「不值得做」说出口。

ThuRunel 为你做三件事

第一，了解你的情况。ThuRunel 会通过一组引导式自测了解你，帮助你找到问题所在，例如测量几项关键尺寸，或者通过按压判断某个部位的饱满来自骨骼还是脂肪。你也可以按正面、左右 45 度、左右 90 度五个角度上传照片作为补充；不想上传，也可以直接继续对话。

第二，说明上限。每一类项目能够改善的幅度都有边界。ThuRunel 会告诉你相关项目的效果上限在哪里，哪些改善可以做到，哪些做不到，帮助你建立合理的预期，避免为无法实现的效果付费。

第三，明确方向。ThuRunel 会给出适合你的改善方向，并列出面诊时值得向医生提出的问题，帮助你在见到医生之前，先听懂医生将要说的话。它不给出诊疗结论，最终判断始终交还给医生。

ThuRunel 的回答以整理过的专业资料为依据，每次解答都会列出本轮实际引用的来源。遇到价格、个人方案这类超出资料范围的问题，它会直接说明，不会拼凑答案。

两种使用方式

知识库全天开放。你可以随时查询一个项目是什么、能改善什么、有哪些风险、恢复期多久，目前覆盖面部的眼部、鼻部、轮廓、皮肤，以及身体塑形等常见项目，每条内容都附有来源。

完整对话每天定时开放，具体时段以页面显示为准。在开放时段里，ThuRunel 会与你一起完成上面的三件事：了解你的情况，说明效果上限，再明确方向。

医美是 ThuRunel 的第一个验证领域。ThuRunel 的对话流程与行业知识库彼此独立，在医美领域完成验证之后，更换知识库即可进入其他需要专业判断的决策场景。
